1:Look into the mysterious 2:Integrate 3:Flow

Look for the mysterious in life. Wherever you look – in the white clouds, in the stars in the night, in the flowers, in a flowing river – wherever you look, look for the mystery. And whenever you find that a mystery is there, meditate on it. Meditation means: dissolve yourself before that mystery, annihilate yourself before that mystery, disperse yourself before that mystery. Be no more, and let the mystery be so total that you are absorbed in it. And suddenly a new door opens, a new perception is achieved ~Osho

When you are attempting to implement, tweak, or develop a growth plan for your business, the first step should always be checking into the mysterious. Checking into the mysterious means looking beyond your first impressions, viewing your business holographically and moving beyond the boundaries of making “typical” business decisions. In this way you access and integrate new perceptions into action and suddenly …all flows.

When You Feel a Peaceful Joy You’re Near the Truth

Evolving business planning concepts teach us to interweave joy and and deep attention.

You know what it feels like to be “in the flow” –-those times when your words and actions seem supported by creation –when for example, a specific person was needed, they would show up; when a certain set of circumstances was necessary for a project to go on, the pieces seemed to magically fall into place.  It could be said that in those moments, your Highest Self was guiding your actions to joyfully co-create with Spirit.

You have also probably experienced what it feels like when you are not in the flow, when you have wandered off your path and joy seems replaced by struggle. In those times, things do not move easily; the “wick won’t light”.

What can bring you back to your path is consciously tuning in —repeatedly reawakening to peace and your Higher Self. In the space of joyful awakening there is access to deep knowledge of what to create, speak, release, and leverage in the moment and for the future of your business.

“When you feel
a peaceful joy, you’re near the truth. Unquiet and
off center, jealous or

greedy, what you do seems pretentious and those around
you insincere. Speak

the clearest truth you know, and let the dis-ease heal.
If words are tinged with

lying, they’re like water dripping into an oil lamp. The
wick won’t light, and

the pleasure and rest of your love room will diminish.” ~Rumi

Face Your Brilliant Creation

We are ourselves creations, and we in turn are meant to design new creations ~Julia Cameron

You must fall in love with yourself, warts and all, if you are going to have anyone else fall in love with what you are creating and offering. Part of falling in love with yourself is understanding and accepting that you are a brilliant center of powerful creation.

Because you are a center of powerful creation, you must also be willing to face the responsibility of your creations. As your business expands and grows, the Core Ideology (mission, vision, and values) ensures that business actions and transactions are in integrity with your original intention. The Core Ideology is, consciously and in co-creation with spirit, determined by you.

The main thrust of core ideology is that it is enduring. Ultimately, Core Ideology provides “higher thinking” and guide posts from which to make decisions ~like a beacon reminding you of what you and your company are all about when things are moving really fast, as well as when things seem dark or confusing. The core remains intact regardless of circumstances (very much like spiritual principles that endure over time, resonate when we hear them, and bring us back to center).  A powerful core ideology will speak to anyone who hears it and supersedes individual personalities.

With your business, you are creating a garden for Divine Source to visit and co-grow. The Core Ideology is the marker, the framework, the boundaries of your particular garden. It states and anchors in that in THIS garden, each and every flower (transaction) will have THIS particular seed of your expression within it. The Ideology trains you to be in the now of the day-to-day business of your business; by trusting the garden you are in — you are free to express joyfully and move into your brilliant power and creation more and more.

New Blossoms ~ Rumi

Balancing Act
Originally uploaded by TxPilot

Sit near someone who has had the experience.
Sit under a tree with new blossoms.

Walking the section of the market
where chemists sell essences,
you will receive conflicting advice.

Go toward kindness.
If you are not sure where that is,
you will be drawn by the fakes.

They will take your money and sit you down
on their doorstep saying, I’ll be right back.
But they have another door they leave by.

Do not dip your cup in a pot
just because it has reached the simmering point.

Not every reed is sugarcane.
Not every under has an over.

Not every eye can see.
Or it may be you cannot thread the needle
because it already has thread in it.

Your loving alertness is a lantern.
Keep it protected from wind
that makes it crazy.

Instead of that airy commotion
live in the water that gently cools
as it flows. Be a helpful friend,
and you will become a green tree
with always new fruit,
always deeper journeys into love.
