Ruby Renshaw, MBA has been speaking, writing about, and working in the area of business and spirituality for over fifteen years.  She has worked with recognized companies including Baker Hughes, KPMG, Shell International and Sterling Bank among others.  Over the years, Ruby has cultivated a unique ability to combine her accounting work with conscious business practices to improve the bottom-line.  Ruby has worked with senior managers to strategically design and track concrete metrics for seemingly abstract benefits such as customer satisfaction and employee fulfillment – benefits that reinforce and define core values and help grow business.

Ruby presented at the initial International Conferences on Business & Consciousness on invisible wealth in organizations and has published many articles appearing in Business Spirit Journal-Bringing Consciousness to Business, Emerging Lifestyles, The Houston Business Journal, and The World Business Academy’s Quarterly Journal – Perspectives.

Introduced to a wider variety of spiritual ideas and modalities, including Shamanism, Ruby has begun to develop creative ways to confidently and authentically integrate business and spirituality. Based on timeless spiritual directives including gratitude, honor, love and more, Ruby brings a simple, powerful view to entrepreneurs, businesses, corporations and investors worldwide.

Ruby lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico with her husband.  She is a member of B.O.T.A. and a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga.
